CIRAS™ 2000+ Client Tracking System
CIRAS™ 2000+ provides the means to gather, retrieve, and analyze client information. It features time and event capturing, advanced reporting, password protection, user security levels, and for maximum flexibility it was designed to operate via the Internet. The system uses a standard Internet browser as an input screen which means that agencies need no special program/software for inputting the client information. CIRAS 2000+ has seven flexibly designed and programmed input modules to handle a variety of client information: Client Basic Information: full name, nickname for privacy, full address, county, telephone #, date of birth, Social Security number. Contact Record: (If other than the client) full name, agency name (if an agency), full address, telephone, reason for acting as contact, and relationship to client. Demographics Information: household income, any assistance programs client is using, language spoken, and place of birth, household size. Case and Insurance Information: type of insurance, Medicaid insurance #, Medicare insurance #, health plan name, health plan #, other fields relating to what is being tracked. Service Provided: By date. Case Notes: Free-form general case notes. Case Closing: A variety of fields to summarize what was done or provided (outcome) of aid this client.
